Curriculum Overviews for each Year Group
These curriculum overviews are here to provide you with information about what your child is learning about in class.
Throughout the year you will be invited to attend curriculum meetings and Maths/Reading/Writing workshops. The aim of these workshops is for you to find out more information about the curriculum, resources used and how you can help support your child at home. There are also two parents evenings held across the year where you can discuss the attainment and progress of your child on an individual basis with their Class Teacher.
If you have any questions relating to any aspect of the curriculum please contact Mrs Woods.
Please click on the links below for our half termly overviews of the curriculum for EYFS, Year 1 and Year 2.
Children begin the National Curriculum at the start of Year 1. The part of the National Curriculum covered in the Infant School is called Key Stage 1 and it lasts for two years (Years 1 and 2). Please click on the link below for our Introduction to 2014 National Curriculum in Key Stage 1.
